About Latent Health

Latent Health is redefining how healthcare systems unlock the power of clinical data. Through our AI-powered platform, we streamline clinical workflows, reduce clinician burden, and improve health system efficiency. We partner with leading hospitals and health systems to deliver fast, reliable, and high-impact implementations that transform patient care.

Role Overview

The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end onboarding and deployment projects for health systems adopting Latent’s platform. You’ll drive timelines, coordination, communication, and successful activation across clinical, IT, integration, and operational stakeholders.

This role requires exceptional organization, customer-facing presence, and the ability to operate in the dynamic environment of a high-growth healthcare SaaS startup. You will ensure customers go live efficiently, achieve measurable value quickly, and are set up for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Customer Delivery
  • Lead full-cycle implementation projects – from kickoff through go-live and stabilization – across a portfolio of health system customers.

  • Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk logs.

  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings with customer IT, clinical operations, and technical teams (e.g., data integration, SSO, EHR workflows).

  • Serve as the primary project point of contact, ensuring exceptional communication and alignment across all parties.

Technical Coordination
  • Coordinate collection and validation of required technical inputs (integration specifications, data feeds, configuration requirements).

  • Partner with Latent engineering, product, and clinical teams to ensure smooth handoffs and timely execution.

  • Understand and translate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders (and vice versa).

  • Monitor progress of integrations (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech) and escalate blockers proactively.

Operational Excellence
  • Own project documentation, including requirements tracking, decisions, status updates, risk mitigation plans, and post-go-live handoff materials.

  • Build repeatable processes and contribute to the evolution of Latent’s implementation playbooks and best practices.

  • Track and report project KPIs (e.g., activation timelines, milestone adherence, customer readiness).

  • Ensure clean transition to Support teams post-implementation.

Customer Relationship & Change Management
  • Build trusted relationships with clinical and operational leaders at customer sites.

  • Guide customers through workflow adoption, training readiness, and change-management planning.

  • Ensure customer stakeholders understand project expectations, responsibilities, and timelines.

  • Drive customer accountability to keep projects on track and on time.

Qualifications

Required
  • 3-7 years of project management experience in healthcare, SaaS implementations, or health IT.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare environments – clinical operations, IT workflows, data integrations.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and navigate competing priorities.

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com).

  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

Preferred
  • Experience implementing solutions with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech).

  • PMP, CSM, or other project management certification.

  • Background in clinical workflow optimization or healthcare operations.

  • Prior experience in Series A-C SaaS or health-tech companies.

Success in This Role Looks Like
  • Customers consistently launch on time, on budget, and with high satisfaction.

  • Clear, proactive communication minimizes surprises and escalations.

  • Implementation cycles shorten over time due to improved processes and customer readiness.

  • Cross-functional teams view you as a trusted coordinator and problem-solver.

  • Customers transition seamlessly to Customer Success with strong early adoption signals.

Why Latent Health
  • Mission-driven team transforming healthcare through cutting-edge AI.

  • Fast-growing environment with opportunities for career growth.

  • Deep collaboration across clinical, technical, and product teams.

  • A chance to make a real impact on clinician workflows and patient outcomes.
