Job Summary

The CRM Consultant is responsible for delivering Tekion’s CRM solutions to dealer partners, ensuring successful configuration, adoption, and optimization of CRM functionalities. This role involves working closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to implement best practices, drive user engagement, and achieve measurable business outcomes. Note the internal job title for this role is Business Solutions Analyst I.

Roles & Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration

  • Lead CRM onboarding and configuration sessions with dealer partners.
  • Customize CRM workflows, lead stages, campaigns, and reporting dashboards to align with client business processes.

Client Engagement 

  • Serve as the primary CRM subject matter expert during implementation and post-launch phases.
  • Conduct training sessions for dealership staff on CRM features, including lead management, campaigns, and reporting.

Process Optimization

  • Analyze client requirements and recommend CRM best practices for lead assignment, automation, and customer engagement.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and provide actionable insights to improve utilization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Analyze client requirements and recommend CRM best practices for lead assignment, automation, and customer engagement.

Quality Assurance

  • Validate CRM configurations against UAT checklists and ensure compliance with Tekion standards.
  • Support regression testing and troubleshoot issues during go-live and hypercare phases
Qualifications & Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (SaaS)
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM implementation or consulting (preferably automotive retail).
  • Strong understanding of CRM workflows, lead management, and campaign automation.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to the compensation listed, this position may be eligible for equity compensation, and/or a bonus or commission whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual or company performance. Base Salary Range
$60,000$100,000 USD
