Summary

Great organizations are made of great people. We're looking to fill an Implementation Specialist role on our growing team. This is a full-time position. The primary responsibility is training and onboarding new resellers and end users of our cloud based video surveillance system. The ideal candidate would have job experience in a similar Implementation Specialist role. Candidates must enjoy and work well with technology and possess great written and verbal communication skills.

Other responsibilities include, helping setup and implement new end user systems, creating training materials and release notes. Use project management skills to guide the resellers and end users during the implementation process. This person will also work very closely with the customers success and development teams and likely be trained to use development tools for issue investigation and data manipulation as a part of their duties.

Responsibilities

• Meet with resellers when they are ready to execute their 1st installation.  Collect data and other information required to maximize success of install.
• Create a project plan for each reseller, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely installation of the Eagle Eye Networks video surveillance management system.
• Communicate with resellers throughout the installation process to obtain feedback and approval.
• Educate resellers on how to use the system and customize features.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proven experience working as an Implementation Specialist
• Proficiency working in Google Suite applications and Microsoft Office applications
• The ability to multitask effectively.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional communications and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented.
