Overview

Quality Coding Software Solutions is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support our Managed Care and Community based healthcare clients. We offer an exciting opportunity to support health care insurers and providers in improving health care outcomes for vulnerable populations. Our solutions positively impact over one hundred fifty thousand health plan members.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong knowledge of our Healthcare SaaS Solutions
  • Engage in dialogue with the Sales and Product teams to understand client business needs and associated product requirements
  • Create external client-facing training materials, prepare live training and demo sessions, deliver training sessions
  • Configure standard product features to meet customer needs
  • Manage implementation tasks to meet expectations and commitments
  • Create project plans and timelines
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate with the product and development team to ensure awareness of key deliverables and project milestones
  • Identify, document, and escalate any product defects or feature gaps that need to be resolved with the product and development team
  • Monitor and Measure client satisfaction throughout implementation process
  • Effectively analyze data and create reports where needed to support implementation activities
  • Support sales and growth initiatives

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5 - 7 years’ working for a healthcare software business or within a healthcare environment
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience supporting client implementations, client relationships, and cross functional department communication
  • Experience in customer-facing roles including communication with front-line, management, and executives
  • Proven ability in implementing new processes and enterprise SaaS software
  • Knowledge of healthcare IT systems, healthcare assessments, and value-based care
  • Proven ability to manage project deadlines along with a flexibility to meet client needs
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask across clients successfully
  • Detail oriented, self-starter with a desire to learn and take on new responsibilities
  • An entrepreneurial, energetic, and optimistic attitude
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Location/Travel

  • Positions are available at QCSS headquarters located in Cambridge, MA or remote.
  • Candidate must be willing to travel to customer locations throughout the US (10% or less).

Hiring Process

  • The initial screen will be a 30 minute call
  • The first interview will be a 60 minute video call
  • The second interview will be a 90 minute video call
  • The last part of the process will be a reference check

Candidates for this position will be required to undergo a pre-employment background check. All QCSS employees are subject to annual screening to ensure that they have not been excluded from the Federal Healthcare Programs (using the OIG and GSA Exclusion Lists) or State Medicaid Programs. The Company’s pre-employment background check and OIG/GSA Exclusion Lists screening program is administered in compliance with all federal, state and local laws.
