The Job

The Inbound Business Development Representative is at the forefront of our sales process, responsible for efficiently managing and qualifying all incoming leads. This role is critical for ensuring a rapid response to potential customers and for laying the groundwork for successful sales engagements by ensuring timely follow-ups and qualifying opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Focus on engaging and qualifying inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) from various channels.

  • Prioritize and maintain a rapid lead response time, ensuring timely follow-ups with potential customers.

  • Monitor and work to improve the conversion rate of MQLs to Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs).

  • Conduct lead re-warming activities to nurture and re-engage colder leads.

  • Perform AI human reviews of leads generated from platforms like 6sense and live chat tools.

  • Utilize Simpro’s technology stack, including Salesforce, Groove/Hubspot, Cognism, 6sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to manage and nurture leads.

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.

  • Actively participate in feedback loops with marketing, product, and sales teams to enhance campaign effectiveness and messaging.
