As a New Client Specialist, you'll embody these values every day. This is a hands-on role where you'll support clients and contribute to our collective success.

What You'll Be Doing
Your role is to welcome new merchants and help them get up and running smoothly. You'll be the first point of contact, a trusted advisor, and a consistent partner throughout the application process.

Key Responsibilities:
New Lead Follow-Up:
   When a new lead comes in, you'll follow up promptly using calls, texts, emails, and DMs to make a connection and get the process started.
Onboarding Support:
   You'll guide merchants through the entire application process, managing expectations, answering questions, and collecting all necessary documents and digital signatures to support a smooth onboarding experience.
Application Review:
   You'll help review key documents like financial statements and personal IDs to ensure applications are complete and secure before they move on.
Information Management:
   You'll maintain accurate records in our CRM system (HubSpot) so client information stays current and organized.
We work with specific KPIs that support our collective success. Your work will focus on timely, high-quality support so clients are set up for success from day one.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for a professional who is committed to continuous learning, growth, and supporting clients effectively.

Required Skills & Experience:
3-5 + years of B2B sales development or lead generation experience.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience using workplace technology and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and a high volume of activity.
Able to take initiative and work effectively with others in a dynamic environment.

A Major Plus If You Have:
Experience in Fintech, Financial Services or the Software industry.
Direct experience in Payments, Merchant Services.
A background working with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
Familiarity with financial services or "high-risk" merchant accounts.
Experience in lead qualification and fraud prevention.

The Perks of the Job
Location: This is a full-time, in-person role at our Austin, TX headquarters.
Compensation: 1st Year Average OTE of $85,000 (Base Salary $70,000 + $15,000+ Annual Incentives + Benefits).
