About SecureW2

SecureW2 is the leader in cloud-native PKI and RADIUS passwordless authentication, securing human, machine, and AI agent identities with continuous trust. We help organizations; from high-growth SaaS and enterprise IT teams to Higher Ed and K-12 - eliminate passwords, simplify credential management, and enforce continuous trust across managed and unmanaged devices.

Our inbound pipeline engine is firing on all cylinders, with hand-raisers seeking pricing, product demos, and solutions to modern identity and network security challenges. We are looking for a high-energy Inbound Sales Development Representative to own our inbound response engine, drive lightning-fast speed-to-lead, and maximize conversion from lead to qualified meeting.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Inbound Response: Act as the first line of engagement for inbound hand-raisers (pricing requests, contact forms, demo requests) across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Speed-to-Lead Execution: Maintain rapid response times to qualify high-intent inbound leads while their interest is peak.
  • Inbound Qualification: Conduct discovery conversations to evaluate technical fit, infrastructure triggers (e.g., ADCS/NPS EOL, moving off PSKs, Okta/Entra + Jamf/Intune environments), budget, and project timeline.
  • AE Handoffs: Schedule qualified discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives, providing detailed pre-call research and context.
  • Multi-Threading: Engage additional stakeholders across IT, Network Engineering, and Security within inbound accounts to increase meeting show rates and opportunity creation.
  • Path to Full-Cycle Selling: As you ramp, expand your scope to manage and close full-cycle opportunities for SMB deals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1-3 years of inbound SDR or sales experience in B2B SaaS (cybersecurity, networking, identity, or IT infrastructure background is a strong plus).
  • Speed & Agility: High bias for action with a relentless focus on rapid follow-up and pipeline velocity.
  • Technical Curiosity: Comfort learning technical concepts fast - speaking credibly with IT Directors, Network Engineers, and CISOs about 802.1X, PKI, RADIUS, and Zero Trust.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication; clear, concise, and objection-ready.
  • Process Discipline: Methodical approach to pipeline hygiene, CRM activity tracking, and lead status management.
  • No "AI-Slop" Philosophy: Skill in using AI tools for research and workflow automation while maintaining authentic, human-to-human communication.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work closely with SDR, Account Executives, Customer Success, and Marketing to execute joint account strategies.

Tech Stack You’ll Use

  • CRM: Salesforce
  • Outreach & Messaging: Outreach
  • Enrichment & Automation: Clay, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Zapier, LLMs, etc
  • Ecosystem & Overlap: Crossbeam
  • Intelligence & Research: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong / Chorus, RB2B, Vector, etc
