Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls using proper sales and customer service practices throughout the interaction.
- Use a consultative approach to identify needs and propose solutions for new products and services that benefit their businesses.
- Resolve issues within our support scope, guiding towards third-party solutions or paid consultations when necessary.
- Troubleshoot client products to ensure a one-call resolution.
- Achieve metrics like First Call Resolution, Conversion Rates, Net Promoter Score, and New Sales.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Open to working in rotational shifts.
