Who You Are

You’re the one who keeps projects running smoothly - ensuring every detail is captured, every deadline is met, and every stakeholder stays aligned. A detail-oriented and highly organized project manager, you bring a steady hand and a clear plan to complex, multi-team engagements.

You take pride in supporting subject-matter experts and making sure no detail is overlooked. You thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and are motivated by helping clients navigate challenging, high-pressure situations.

You’re collaborative, curious, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience from kickoff to completion.

Why You Matter

As an Incident Engagement Manager at MOXFIVE, you’ll coordinate Business Email Compromise (BEC) and Data Mining projects from start to finish. Partnering with technical teams, forensic investigators, and client leadership, you’ll ensure every step is documented, every deadline is met, and every communication is clear, timely, and actionable.

When clients face sensitive data issues or compromised email environments, you’ll be the steady hand guiding the process - managing priorities, tracking progress, and keeping stakeholders aligned. While your primary focus will be on BEC and Data Mining engagements, you may also provide support for other Incident Response projects as needed.

Working closely with technical experts, legal counsel, and investigative teams, you’ll bring structure, coordination, and confidence to situations where accuracy and timeliness are critical.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple, fast-moving priorities under tight deadlines

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and reporting

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including client-facing updates

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, legal counsel, and client stakeholders

  • Comfortable working flexible hours to meet client needs during active projects

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
