Financial Europeans is seeking a sharp, persuasive, and highly adaptable Influencer Manager to join our remote team. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Relationship Management: Build trust and long-term partnerships with clients and influencers by understanding their real needs, even the unspoken ones.

  • Campaign Execution: Oversee campaign progress from pitch to delivery, ensuring results are achieved and clients are satisfied.

  • Upselling & Creative Expansion: Spot opportunities to grow accounts by introducing new ideas, angles, and creators — before anyone even asks.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with influencers, clients, and operations to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Greek is required; an additional EU language (e.g., German, Italian, Swedish etc.) is a strong plus

  • Outstanding communication and influence skills – you know how to gain trust, shape decisions, and move things forward

  • Tech-savvy and adaptable – you thrive in a changing environment and adopt tools quickly

  • Required: Hands-on experience with Notion and comfort working with CRM systems like HubSpot

  • Detail oriented with strong time management and independent work ethic
