Job Description

We’re looking for a talented teammate… 

To join us as an IT Intern! The Product & Technology Intern will join the Product and Technology team to support the design, development, and enhancement of digital products and platforms that power our business and client solutions. This internship offers hands‑on experience applying computer science principles in a real‑world product environment, with exposure to software development, system analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration between engineering, product, and business teams.

This role is ideal for students pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field who are interested in building scalable, impactful technology solutions and learning how products are developed from concept through delivery.

This hybrid role requires a weekly in-person meeting in our Austin Headquarters.

    

Key Responsibilities

  • Support software development efforts across internal or customer‑facing platforms by assisting with coding, testing, debugging, and documentation
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand requirements, user needs, and technical constraints
  • Assist with designing, building, and enhancing features or components within existing systems or applications
  • Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and release preparation to support high‑quality product delivery
  • Help analyze system performance, data flows, or technical issues and propose improvements or fixes
  • Contribute to technical documentation, diagrams, or knowledge‑sharing resources
  • Support research and experimentation with new tools, technologies, or approaches that improve product capabilities or developer productivity

Exciting candidates have… 

  • Active enrollment as a 3rd or 4th year pursuing a bachelor's degree with a graduation date no earlier than May/June 2026, prefer degree in Computer Science related field  
  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer (Early June through early August) 
  • Based in the Austin, TX Area 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products 

Compensation Range: 

$20 - $23 / hour 

Compensation Range

$17.85 - $24.00

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
