Infios is seeking experienced, highly driven, curious, and fun people to join our Global Inside Sales team! The purpose of this role is to develop and strengthen relationships between Infios and our valued customers within an assigned territory. You will be responsible for achieving bookings goals continuously by becoming a trusted and credible partner to our customers, generating pipeline, effectively prospecting into customer accounts, and closing business. This is an excellent opportunity for goal-oriented individuals to be a part of one of the largest supply chain execution (SCE) companies in the world.

What a day in the life looks like:

  • Guide sales opportunities through the entire cycle, from prospecting to discovery to contract negotiation and closing in order to exceed annual sales quotas.

  • Leverage multi-channel communication (phone, email, social media, webinars, etc.) and sales productivity tools to engage with prospects and customers, and drive end-to-end sales processes through to close.

  • Successfully introduce and implement new solution categories into new and existing customer portfolios by leveraging upsell and cross-sell initiatives that drive customer adoption, retention, lifetime value.

  • Research, question, and actively listen to customers to fully understand their business needs, pain points, and goals, presenting tailored solutions to fulfill their requirements.

  • Develop and accelerate strong business relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within your accounts.

  • Drive sales cycles by collaborating with internal account teams, including presales engineers, solution consultants, customer success managers, services teams, and field sales representatives, to maximize customer satisfaction and investment with Infios.

  • Maintain accurate and timely updates for revenue forecasting, CRM data management, and pipeline reporting.

  • Educate and assist customers in the migration and maximization of their solutions, including transitioning to cloud-based products and services.

  • Stay up to date on product enhancements, industry trends, and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

What you bring to the team:

  • Sales experience working in B2B or technology sales.

  • Proven experience in SaaS or software sales with a successful track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Experience presenting to customers and conducting product demonstrations or solution pitches.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience in the supply chain or logistics industry (SCE experience).

  • Familiarity with cloud-based sales models.

  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Occasional travel is required. Working pattern & hours are Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.

Base Salary Starting at $80,000.00 USD DOE

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates’ range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity. *This role comes with additional bonus commensurate to the level of the role in the organization.
