About the Role

Orchard is looking for an Inside Sales Manager to lead and grow our remote Inside Sales team, coaching Inside Sales Associates (ISAs) to convert inbound homeowner interest into qualified appointments for our Licensed Real Estate Agents. You'll own team performance and pipeline health, partnering closely with other Inside Sales Managers, team leads, and Sales Operations to build a scalable, high-performing sales floor.

This is a full-time role that will report into the Director of Revenue Operations and be based out of our growing Austin office (remote new with hybrid opportunities in the future). The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm. Compensation includes a base salary plus commission tied to team performance, with an OTE of approximately $120K.

 What You'll Do Here
  • Coach the team: Run live call reviews, roleplay, and regular 1:1s with Inside Sales Associates to raise appointment-setting conversion.
  • Own team performance: Track dial volume, appointment-setting rate, and pipeline conversion, and build action plans to close gaps against target.
  • Manage the pipeline: Partner with Sales Operations to monitor lead flow and pipeline health in Salesforce, ensuring consistent follow-up and no dropped opportunities.
  • Build the team: Recruit, onboard, and ramp new ISAs, and identify high performers for advancement.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work with other Inside Sales Managers and team leads to share best practices, align on process, and escalate systemic issues.
  • Report on results: Communicate team performance and trends to leadership on a regular cadence using Salesforce and Looker.
We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have
  • At least 2+ years of direct management experience of an inside sales, business development, or sales development team, including hiring, coaching, giving performance reviews, etc.
  • Experience coaching reps through live call reviews, roleplay, or similar structured feedback methods.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce; experience with Looker or phone systems is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to give direct feedback and represent your team to senior leadership.
