As a Commercial Insurance Sales Representative, you'll work directly with business owners to identify insurance needs, overcome objections, and deliver customized business insurance solutions. All without making a single cold call!  

    

What Makes This Opportunity Exciting?  

  • Compensation & Incentives:    

    • BaseSalary: $50,000 - $71,754 annually.  

    • Individual performance-based Incentives: Earn up to an additional $5,000 monthly or $60,000 annually through performance incentives.

    • Differentials: +10% for evening shifts; +20% for weekends (optional - based on location).

    • Bonuses:$1,500 sign-on for licensed candidates (Property & Casualty or Property & Casualty - General Lines TX specific).

    • Top performers have the potential to earn $100,000 in their first year

How You'll Make a Difference  

  • Become a trusted Advisor: Manage incoming calls and engage customers in a B2B setting to provide a personalized sales experience.
  • Needs Assessment: Identify customer needs and recommend coverage solutions through products like: Commercial Auto, General Liability, Business Owners Policies (BOP), Workers Compensation, Professional Liability.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about GEICO’s products and identify cross-selling opportunities to assist customers.
  • Meaningful Impact: Provide customers with peace of mind by helping them choose the right coverage for the best protection.

WhatWe’reLooking For  

  • Experience & Qualifications:   

    • Minimum of 3 months of customer-facing sales experience required; 3+ years preferred.  

    • Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.  

    • ActivePersonal Lines or Property & Casualty licensepreferred (training and exam fees provided).  

    • High School Diploma or GEDrequired; College degree preferred.    

  • Core Skills:   

    • Excellent communication skills withthe abilityto build rapport quickly.  

    • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.    

  • Availability:   

    • Availabletowork evenings, weekends, and holidays (optional)
