About the Role:

Are you passionate about modern design, client relationship management, and driving high-impact sales growth?

We are seeking a high-energy, ambitious Inside Sales Representative to join our fast-paced North American sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the front lines of expanding our market footprint—building meaningful relationships with B2B trade clients, driving recurring revenue, and supporting high-profile showroom and trade show operations.

Working directly alongside executive sales leadership, you will combine product expertise, sharp commercial instincts, and top-tier customer experience to convert opportunities into lasting partnerships.

Core Responsibilities & Key Objectives: 

  • Sales Strategy & Territory Account Management
    • Drive Revenue: Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive account outreach, account management, and strategic upselling across new and existing assigned customers in United Sates territories.
    • Lead Conversion: Systematically follow up on trade show and marketing leads, maintaining a clear benchmark target of converting **at least 20% of qualified leads into orders**.
    • Territory Expansion: Identify and nurture prospective accounts through phone, email, and targeted outreach, occasionally conducting strategic in-person visits with sales leadership approval.
    • Strategic Alignment: Partner closely with Senior Sales Leadership and management to align on quarterly revenue targets, product launches, and high-value client opportunities.

  • World-Class Client Experience & Showroom Execution
    • End-to-End Service: Serve as a trusted advisor to interior designers, retailers, and commercial buyers—delivering rapid, solution-oriented service across email, phone, and in-person touchpoints.
    • Showroom Sales & Guidance: Welcome trade clients into our showroom, providing curated product tours, design guidance, and seamless order processing.
    • Daily Responsiveness: Maintain an exceptional responsiveness standard, resolving client inquiries, order statuses, and delivery solutions promptly by the end of each business day.

  • Trade Shows, Events & Analytical Performance
    • Event Execution: Represent the brand at up to 5 major U.S. trade shows annually, acting as a key brand ambassador to engage prospective buyers and close on-site orders.
    • Reporting & Insights: Deliver detailed post-event reports summarizing lead sources, order volume, and conversion metrics. Prepare monthly performance updates tracking promotional campaigns and sales funnel progress
    • Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
    • Streamlined Operations: Continually identify ways to refine order processing workflows, reducing turnaround times, and elevating the overall customer journey.
    • Professional Standards: Uphold the highest level of ethics, product mastery, and professional integrity in every vendor, client, and team interaction.


Let's Talk About You: 

  • Industry Experience:1-3 years of hands-on sales experience, ideally within B2B home furnishings, interior design, or commercial trade sales.
  • Aesthetic & Trend Savvy: A sharp eye for design, modern furniture trends, and high-end interiors to effectively consult with professional buyers and designers.
  • Commercial Drive: Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of managing pipelines, handling objections, and achieving sales targets.
  • Communication & Presence: Polished, articulate, and professional verbal/written communication skills with strong telephone and email etiquette.
  • Organization & Agility: Exceptional time-management skills; capable of prioritizing high-volume tasks accurately in a fast-moving wholesale environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Hands-on experience with SAP or major enterprise ERP systems is considered a strong asset.
