Your Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospects, guiding them through their buying journey and helping them solve real-world database challenges. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue and building lasting customer relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage prospects early in their decision-making process through dynamic phone and email outreach.

  • Qualify and manage warm leads, uncovering customer needs and aligning them with Redgate’s solutions.

  • Own the full sales cycle for transactional deals in the AMER region.

  • Deliver value-driven conversations and occasional product demos to help customers make informed decisions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared monthly sales goals.

  • Stay sharp by learning Redgate’s core solutions, competitive landscape, and proven sales methodologies.

What We’re Looking For

Must Have

  • 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service

  • A strong desire to build a career in tech sales, with the motivation to learn and grow quickly.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to engage prospects confidently.

  • A positive, resilient mindset and a collaborative, team-first attitude.

Nice to Have

  • Consistent call activity and pipeline-building experience

  • Genuine interest and ability to quickly learn technical concepts

  • You are familiar with Office 365, Salesforce, Clari, and/or Zuora

Salary

  • The salary on offer for this role is $50,000-60,000, paid as an hourly rate
