Remote – Central Texas | Full-Time
Must live within 1 hour of Austin, TX (San Antonio also considered)

About the Opportunity

This is not just another sales job — it’s a rare opportunity to build a real sales career under a seasoned Sandler Sales Coach in a values-driven organization.

We are intentionally looking for someone early in their career, who is:

  • Hungry

  • Teachable

  • Motivated

  • Looking for real development and long-term growth

If you want to be coached, challenged, mentored, and equipped—not just handed a call list—this role is for you.

About Tengo Internet

Tengo Internet helps campgrounds, RV resorts, and marinas deliver reliable outdoor Wi-Fi to their communities. We partner with property owners and operators to design and deploy networks that keep guests connected.

We are a values-based team that prioritizes humility, service, growth, and integrity.

The Role

You’ll work remotely but must live within one hour of Austin, TX (we’ll also consider candidates within one hour of San Antonio). Travel to offices or client sites is occasional (10–15%).

This role blends inbound lead response with outbound prospecting, giving you hands-on experience in both sides of growing pipeline. You’ll have weekly mentorship from an experienced Sandler Coach, helping you grow into a full-cycle sales professional.

What You’ll Do
  • Respond to inbound inquiries from RV parks and related properties

  • Make outbound calls/emails (100+ touches weekly) to generate new opportunities

  • Qualify needs and recommend solutions

  • Manage leads and opportunities in our CRM

  • Participate in coaching and apply Sandler consultative sales methods

  • Help improve messaging and process

What We’re Looking For
  • 2–4 years of sales, customer service, SDR, or BDR experience

  • Someone seeking an opportunity, not a stopgap or place to retire

  • Coachable, humble, curious, hungry

  • Comfortable making outbound calls

  • Strong communicator AND listener

  • Organized and accountable

  • Self-motivated and team-oriented

  • Wants a path, not a paycheck

Nice to Have
  • Telecom/internet/tech experience

  • CRM familiarity

  • Small-business or property-management experience

Why Join Us
  • Sales training and Mmentorship from a seasoned Sandler Sales Coach

  • True career development in a growing organization

  • Values-based culture

  • Remote flexibility with a Texas team

  • Base + commission
