About You

The Inside Sales Specialist (HCP) will be responsible for nurturing, deepening, and growing Nutrafol’s existing relationships within healthcare practitioner practices. This is a high-engagement, relationship-driven role focused on maximizing the potential of established accounts and driving incremental portfolio growth - conducted entirely via phone, email, and digital outreach.

In this role, you will partner with existing HCP accounts to increase awareness, reorder frequency, and sell-through of the Nutrafol portfolio. You will design and execute targeted campaigns that generate demand and educate practices on the full breadth of Nutrafol’s offering. You will also serve as a flexible resource across the broader commercial organization, stepping in to cover open territories, maternity and other leaves of absence, and additional business needs as they arise. Your call points will include physicians, practice managers, aesthetic providers, and clinical support staff.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Grow Existing Accounts: Own a portfolio of established HCP accounts, deepening engagement and driving incremental reorders and portfolio expansion within each practice.
  • Run Awareness Campaigns: Design and execute outreach campaigns — leveraging email, phone, and digital channels — to generate additional awareness, demand, and sell-through of the Nutrafol portfolio across HCP practices.
  • Educate & Consult: Confidently present Nutrafol’s product portfolio, clinical validity, and revenue benefits to physicians and practice decision-makers, positioning the full range of the portfolio to maximize adoption.
  • Provide Territory Coverage: Serve as a versatile resource to the commercial team, seamlessly stepping in to cover vacant territories, leaves of absence, and other coverage needs to ensure continuity of service and revenue.
  • Leverage Promotions: Use corporate marketing initiatives, promotions, and launch strategies as levers to build engagement and drive incremental sales within existing accounts.
  • Maintain CRM Accuracy: Routinely and effectively utilize Salesforce to track account activity, log engagement, manage pipeline stages, and report on sales metrics.
  • Collaborate Internally: Partner closely with field sales, Account Management, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on brand messaging, campaign execution, and account strategy.
  • Uphold Brand Integrity: Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and professional passion, modeling behaviors consistent with Nutrafol’s high standards.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant sales experience.
  • 3–5 years of proven success in an Inside Sales, account management, or B2B sales role with a track record of growing existing accounts and exceeding quotas.
  • Preferred experience within the medical, aesthetic, healthcare, beauty, or wellness industry selling to physicians, HCPs, or practice decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain long-term relationships, with strong consultative selling, account-growth, and campaign execution skills over phone and video.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clinical audiences virtually.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable, with the ability to flex across multiple territories and shifting business priorities.
  • A solution-oriented problem solver and a collaborative, competitive team player.
