JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position will support West Coast Hours: 9am-6pm PST M-F

Driven Brands is seeking an Insurance Central Review Analyst to provide timely support to customer inquiries by telephone and/or email in an in- or outbound service center, consistent with service and quality standards. The Central Review Analyst’s primary goal is to review estimates and take action to ensure quality of the estimate and quality of the overall repair. You will process customer orders, bills, and accounts, as well as applications for service, maintenance, and termination. This role will report to the Director of Central Review.

What you’ll Drive
  • Review auto insurance estimates for accuracy of part identification, repair vs. replace decisions, labor charges, photo quality, and documentation of files.

  • Verify compliance with program mandates, such as parts usage, labor rates, allowed operations, etc. 

  • Provide feedback and coaching to appraisers based on review findings to improve program compliance and store appraiser development/retention.

  • Improve store profitability and ARO.

  • Balance multiple priorities, demonstrate proficient technical skills for handling client responsibilities, and deliver a high-quality work product.

  • Demonstrate an understanding of professional and industry standards and practices.

  • Think independently and solve problems in a results-driven, team-oriented environment.

  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications skills.

What you’ll Bring:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ automotive appraisal experience preferred and/or experience as technician, painter, or manager in an auto body shop.

  • 1-2 years’ experience as an insurance re-inspector or desk reviewer preferred.

  • Experience with the CCC One/ADXE/Mitchell estimating platform.

  • Ability to self-manage workload.

  • Experience working in Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong customer service as well as relationship & conflict management skills.

Please note that this position will support West Coast Hours:

9am-6pm Pacific = 10am-7pm Mountain = 11am-8pm Central = 12pm-9pm Eastern

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
