Job duties:

Work hybrid remote.

·      Independent case management
·      Preparing coverage opinions and coverage position letters and responses to settlement demand letters
·      Drafting pleadings and motions
·      Attending mediations, case management conferences/court hearings.
 
 
Required:
  • FL bar
  • Recent coverage experience
