The firm focuses on civil litigation defense for insurers, corporations, and insured clients, with offices in over 15 states. The firm is known for handling complex, high-exposure matters and has built a reputation based on jury awards exceeding $10 million.

Job duties:
Work hybrid remote in Fresno office.
Billables are 1920 minimum. At 2000, you receive a 10k bonus. Each additional 100 hours is $7,500. So for example, at 2300 hours, you would earn a 34k bonus.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
- Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
Required:
· CA bar
· Recent insurance defense experience
