What you’ll do

  • Design and own integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (video, social, webinars, lifecycle, and more), from concept to execution and performance.
  • Define campaign strategy end-to-end: messaging, content formats, channel mix, and distribution approach.
  • Develop a repeatable playbook for launching and scaling campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, and pipeline.
  • Lead video strategy as a core content pillar—defining when, why, and how to use video effectively across the funnel.
  • Establish clear KPIs and measurement frameworks for campaigns and content, tying efforts to business outcomes.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to translate real user insights into compelling campaign narratives.
  • Run structured experiments across formats, channels, and messaging to continuously improve performance.
  • Collaborate with internal team members and external contributors to execute and scale campaign production.
  • Provide clear direction on what to execute vs. delegate, ensuring high-quality output without becoming a bottleneck.
  • Continuously refine strategy based on data, performance insights, and evolving company priorities.

About you

  • 5–8+ years of experience in content marketing, campaign marketing, or growth roles—ideally in high-growth startups or B2B/B2C environments.
  • Proven track record of building and executing integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of how different channels (video, social, email, webinars, etc.) work together as a system.
  • Experience using video as a core part of a content or campaign strategy.
  • Ability to define success metrics and use data to evaluate and improve campaign performance.
  • Comfortable operating in high-velocity environments with a high volume of content and rapid iteration.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution ability.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate ideas into clear campaign plans and briefs.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer-facing teams.
  • Highly structured thinker with a bias toward action and ownership.
  • Bonus: Experience in SMB or B2C environments with fast-paced content cycles.
  • Bonus: Experience creating content for contractors, trades, construction, or other blue-collar audiences.
  • Bonus: Exposure to product marketing or storytelling-driven campaigns.
