About the Team
We’re looking for an Integrated Marketing Lead to join our new Campaign Marketing team. This strategic role will help define Miro’s integrated campaigns approach, creating a blueprint for how we develop, execute, and measure best-in-class campaigns. You’ll bring together cross-functional teams to create impactful, consistent marketing campaigns across customer touchpoints. Alongside Product Marketing and GTM Strategy, you’ll develop a campaign strategy that you pressure test and execute alongside cross-functional teams including Content, Brand, Regional Marketing, Sales and CX.
About the Role
You'll have the opportunity to shape what developing and launching high-impact campaigns looks like at Miro. This is an ideal opportunity for a strategic marketer with a bias for action, who thrives in collaborative environments and can balance strategic thinking with execution. Within your first year, you’ll lead the development and launch of 1-3 major integrated campaigns that drive pipeline growth, increase conversion rates, and strengthen Miro’s brand positioning as an innovation workspace.
What you’ll do
  • Design and orchestrate integrated campaign strategies across multiple business functions (Brand, Digital Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales, CX, etc.)
  • Serve as the go-to resource for campaign plan overviews, launch timelines, insights, and performance reporting
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to define campaign audiences, themes, messaging, and content needs
  • Track and socialize budget, performance metrics, and KPIs to optimize impact in partnership with Marketing Operations and Revenue Operations
  • Work with regional marketing teams to ensure customer centricity and regional fit
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure messaging and campaign continuity across the end-to-end customer experience
  • Oversee execution of campaign frameworks across channels and teams, ensuring cohesive messaging and goal alignment
  • Guide strategic conversations into comprehensive campaign plans that can be managed and executed effectively by project management teams
What you’ll need
  • Experience:
    • Deeply experienced in designing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns for global brands
    • Managing campaign budgets, tracking performance, and reporting on KPIs
    • Collaborating with sales teams to ensure effective campaign enablement
    • Working in the tech industry (preferred)
    • Coordinating complex, multi-channel marketing initiatives
    • Partnering directly with senior executives
  • Technical Skills:
    • Managing campaign budgets and strategic resource allocation
    • Understanding marketing operations techniques, marketing analytics, and performance measurement tools
    • Understanding modern digital marketing channels and their requirements
    • Developing comprehensive campaign frameworks and measurement approaches
    • Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and translating insights into strategy
  • Soft Skills:
    • Collaborating cross-functionally
    • Managing diverse stakeholders
    • Communicating and presenting effectively to various seniority levels
    • Balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution
    • Organizing work and coordinating complex projects
    • Adapting to changing conditions and solving problems creatively

    • Focusing on details while maintaining big-picture perspective
