What We Need
We are seeking an Integrated Campaigns Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth. This role sits at the center of go-to-market execution, translating strategy into coordinated programs that connect the right message to the right audience at the right time.
You will work cross-functionally across the Integrated Marketing organization—including Field Marketing, Events, Partner Marketing, and Customer Marketing—while partnering closely with Product Marketing, Sales, BDR, Marketing Operations, and external agencies. This is a high-impact builder role for someone who thrives equally in strategy, execution, and cross-functional orchestration.
The Impact You'll Make
NetBrain is redefining how network operations teams solve complex problems through automation and AI. To win in the market, we need campaigns that clearly communicate our differentiated value, create momentum across the buyer journey, and generate measurable business outcomes.
This role will help build that engine—creating integrated campaigns that elevate the brand, support pipeline goals, and connect product stories to real buyer needs across channels, programs, and regions.
What You'll Do
Integrated Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Build and execute integrated campaigns aligned to company priorities, product launches, industry moments, and revenue goals.
- Translate messaging and positioning into campaign plans spanning digital, email, content, webinars, field programs, events, partner motions, and customer expansion opportunities.
- Develop campaign briefs, timelines, workflows, and success metrics to ensure flawless execution.
- Manage campaign calendars and coordinate launches across multiple concurrent priorities.
Cross-Functional Campaign Orchestration
- Serve as the central quarterback across Field Marketing, Events, Partner Marketing, Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, BDR, Creative, and Operations teams.
- Ensure messaging consistency, timing alignment, and accountability across stakeholders.
- Help unify multiple tactics into one coordinated market motion rather than disconnected activities.
- Support sellers and BDR teams with campaign context, messaging, and activation plans.
Pipeline & Revenue Contribution
- Build campaigns that create net-new pipeline, accelerate open opportunities, and support expansion within existing accounts.
- Partner with Sales, BDR, and Customer Marketing teams to align campaigns to funnel priorities and territory needs.
- Support account-based and segment-based campaign motions for priority accounts and buying groups.
Performance & Optimization
- Define campaign KPIs including engagement, meetings, pipeline creation, influenced pipeline, velocity, attendance, and ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations to improve outcomes.
- Run testing across offers, audiences, messaging, and channels to continuously improve results.
- Present campaign insights and business impact to leadership.
Audience & Segmentation
- Partner with Marketing Operations to target priority accounts, personas, industries, customer segments, and regions.
- Help operationalize ICP-based campaigns and tiered targeting strategies.
- Ensure personalization is used where it drives the most impact.
AI & Modern Marketing Execution
- Use AI tools to accelerate campaign planning, content creation, reporting, testing, and operational efficiency.
- Bring new ideas that improve speed, quality, and campaign performance.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, integrated campaigns, field marketing, demand generation, or related go-to-market roles.
- Proven success building multi-channel campaigns that generate measurable pipeline impact.
- Strong understanding of modern B2B channels including email, webinars, events, paid media, partner marketing, customer lifecycle marketing, and outbound support motions.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communicator who can align stakeholders and drive momentum in matrixed organizations.
- Analytical mindset with experience using campaign data to improve performance.
- Ability to move between strategy and execution without losing speed or quality.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with ABM platforms, intent tools, and AI marketing tools is a plus.
- Experience marketing to enterprise technology buyers is preferred.
- Manual Dexterity: Repetitive motion of wrists, hands and fingers for using a computer.
- Stationary Tasks: Sitting for extended periods, remaining in a stationary position.
