Summary:

In this role, you will lead the strategy, design, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth for Vizient’s Data & Digital portfolio. You will build scalable, data-driven campaigns, guide cross-functional alignment, and ensure marketing initiatives contribute directly to revenue objectives. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, product teams, and executives to deliver both short- and long-term marketing strategies that strengthen awareness, generate demand, and accelerate sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic planning, demand creation, and campaign architecture for integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Drive campaign strategy, buyer segmentation, and integrated channel planning.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact across Sales, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations.

  • Develop campaign narratives and content maps in partnership with senior team members.

  • Identify paid media opportunities, negotiate contracts, and optimize media performance.

  • Own pipeline contribution targets, lead forecasting, and campaign performance metrics.

  • Build reporting and measurement frameworks to evaluate and optimize ROI.

  • Drive alignment across stakeholders to ensure campaign consistency and integration.

  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations on lead scoring, attribution models, and MarTech strategies.

  • Oversee budget allocation, vendor management, and ROI accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications preferred.  An advanced degree is desired.

  • 7 or more years of relevant experience in a B2B marketing role, with proven achievements required.

  • Demonstrated expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is required.

  • Healthcare experience is strongly preferred.

  • Strong expertise in integrated marketing strategy and demand generation.

  • Proven ability to design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns.

  • Experience with lead management, attribution modeling, and marketing technology platforms.

  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and budget oversight skills.

  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation abilities.

  • Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional stakeholders and executives.

  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $102,400.00 to $179,000.00.
