Your Impact

The Integrated Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and measuring ABM programs to drive pipeline, sales acceleration, and revenue for target accounts. They act as a liaison between the Marketing and Sales Teams to develop strategies and tactics designed to penetrate targeted accounts. They also deliver ABM strategies through marketing campaigns by collaborating closely with digital, brand and field marketing teams.

What You'll Do
  • Program Execution & Management: Executes innovative and creative ABM programs across channels to generate pipeline from concept through execution, i.e., strategy, timeline, budget, design and content support, campaign development, and campaign measurement. 
  • Targeting & Account Alignment: Aligns marketing and sales in establishing account profiles and target personas; develops and maintains a database of named accounts and contacts to ensure campaigns are targeted to the right people. 
  • Sales Enablement & Insights: Provides ongoing data and insights on target accounts and contacts within these accounts utilizing tools and resources to provide value to sales. Develops and provides ongoing sales communication to ensure alignment, collaboration, and follow up on marketing-generated leads.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Measures, analyzes, optimizes and reports on target account penetration on a monthly, quarterly basis as well as the impact of ABM efforts on sales pipeline revenue (marketing sourced or influenced).
  • Vendor & Technology Management: Evaluates, selects and manages vendors contributing to ABM strategies like personalization platforms, third-party providers, fulfillment services, etc. 
  • ABM Evangelism & Best Practices: Evangelizes ABM across the business, documenting and sharing best practices, driving innovative campaigns, and supporting the development and solidification.
Who You Are
  • 2+ years of experience in a demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), or integrated marketing role at a B2B technology company. 
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience collaborating with and providing enablement to sales teams.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase). 
  • Experience managing vendors and external agencies. 
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing principles, strategies, and best practices. 
  • Ability to measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, and leverage data to optimize programs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets simultaneously.
