TeamDynamix is seeking a hands-on Integration & Automation Engineer to join our remote Product organization. In this role you'll design, build, and deliver reusable automations and conversational experiences on TeamDynamix's no-code platform, solving high-value problems for thousands of IT organizations. You'll build on an award-winning iPaaS solution and deliver on a cutting-edge Conversational AI and AI & Automation toolset, helping customers get rapid value from products at the leading edge of the space.
What You'll Do:
Build:
Design, build, and ship automation flows, integrations, and conversational AI experiences on TeamDynamix iPaaS and CAI.
Deliver solutions that tackle novel, high-value problems faced by thousands of IT organizations, expanding what customers can achieve on the platform.
Translate product specs and customer requirements into working, scalable automations.
Test, document, and maintain:
Own thorough testing and QA before solutions you build hit production.
Write clear, easy-to-follow setup guides and configuration documentation that implementation teams and customers can understand.
Collaborate with Product to address questions, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Required Qualifications:
Hands-on experience building on a low-code/no-code automation, integration (iPaaS), or Conversational AI (CAI) platform.
Working knowledge of ITSM concepts and workflows (incident, request, change).
2+ years in IT, IT service management, or a related technical role.
Clear documentation skills, able to write setup guides that implementation teams and customers can easily follow.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience building on TeamDynamix iPaaS, Conversational AI (CAI), Work Management, and/or IT Asset Management (ITAM).
Comfortable reading API documentation and reasoning about data structures and core programming concepts.
Scripting ability in PowerShell, JavaScript, or a similar language.
Experience with other iPaaS or automation platforms (Workato, Power Automate, Zapier, Boomi, MuleSoft, Flowgear).
ITIL Foundation, HDI, or a related certification.
Experience creating reusable solutions, blueprints, or shared configurations that others can deploy or build on.
Comfort collaborating directly with product, implementation, or support teams in an iterative, ship-and-improve environment.
Baseline understanding of AI capabilities, strengths, and limitations.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
