We are currently looking to add an Integration Engineer who loves working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about networking and enabling customers. The ideal individual will be responsible for working with customer’s IT teams to integrate SourceDay’s SaaS platform to the customer’s network and ERP Applications. They will thrive in an environment that fosters learning and continuous evolution.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with client technical teams to scope, design, and implement complex API-based integrations
  • Support the full lifecycle of integration development, from API design and payload debugging to deployment and support
  • Plan, design, implement and document integration processes in varying levels of complexity
  • Develop test plan specifications, test and debug processes 
  • Provide on-going education and technical assistance to current and prospective partners
  • Display initiative, self-motivation, and deliver high-quality work while at the same time, meeting all deadlines for both internal and external customers.
  • Troubleshoot integrations issues with customers
  • Respond to support tickets, documenting ticketing and workflow
  • Ability to plan, organize and utilize skills which ensure successful and timely completion projects

Qualifications:

  • Experience & Methodology: 3+ years in integration solutions
  • Core Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, SQL and tools like Postman for debugging/testing, as well as experience modifying/deploying command-line scripts.
  • Web & Customization: Basic proficiency in reading/modifying JavaScript and HTML for troubleshooting or UI adjustments.
  • Cloud & ERP: Experience with cloud-based ERP integrations and general ERP environments (Acumatica, Epicor, Infor, SAP, Netsuite)
  • Infrastructure & Networking: Knowledge of server management (IIS) and firewall/network troubleshooting.
  • Professional Skills: Highly organized, client-focused, strong communicator, and skilled at utilizing AI-powered tools to accelerate development and documentation.
