We have partnered with a  fashion jewelry brand where their business spans from e-commerce, wholesale, and a growing retail footprint. 

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Interim FP&A Director to provide immediate coverage during a leadership transition. This individual will work closely with the CEO and executive team to maintain financial planning & analysis continuity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the FP&A function 
  • Partner directly with the CEO and executive leadership on financial insights and decision support
  • Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
  • Build and/or refine reporting dashboards and KPIs
  • Develop or enhance 13-week cash flow modeling (as needed)
  • Collaborate closely with the Controller, including month-end review support
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and SOP development

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven FP&A leadership experience 
  • Prior experience in a PE-backed environment strongly preferred
  • Hands-on, self-starter who can operate independently
  • Comfortable in turnaround or restructuring environments
  • Strong NetSuite experience (preferred)
  • Ability to quickly assess, stabilize, and improve financial processes
