About the Role

We’re looking for an Intermediate UX Designer to help shape intuitive, user-centered experiences across our products. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to translate user needs and business goals into thoughtful, usable designs. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in their craft, comfortable owning features end-to-end, and energized by the pace and ambiguity of a startup environment.

Location

This position is remote within the United States or Canada and requires collaboration with team members across multiple time zones.

What You’ll Do

  • Design user experiences for new and existing product features using Material design and an existing components library
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ensure designs are feasible, well-scoped, and implemented as intended
  • Work effectively with teammates across multiple time zones, balancing synchronous and asynchronous collaboration
  • Contribute to and help evolve design systems, patterns, and documentation
  • Iterate quickly based on feedback, data, and changing priorities
  • Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints in a fast-moving environment

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in UX, Product Design, or a related role
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, variants, and prototyping
  • Solid understanding of UX fundamentals: information architecture, interaction design, accessibility, and usability principles
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product managers and engineers
  • Ability to collaborate across time zones using clear documentation and async communication
  • Comfort working in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Clear communication skills

Minimum Education Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience contributing to a design system
  • Familiarity with usability testing and research
  • Exposure to analytics or data-informed design
  • Experience with B2B or SaaS products
