JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Employee Experience intern will work on projects and any assigned tasks within the Astro Employee Experience team on the following:

  • Learn and help with day-to-day employee experience activities including event planning, stakeholder / vendor management, event execution and project management.

  • Help with the writing of communications related pieces and design visuals for internal communication to Astro employees.

  • Get on the job experience by supporting any ad-hoc department requirements/deployments.

  • Help with the curation of Astro’s Employer Branding by creating content for social media (Linkedin and Instagram), including event photo taking, video shooting and video editing.

REQUIREMENTS:

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Undergraduate pursuing Business, MassCom, Marketing, Communication or a related field.

  • Highly proficient in English and Malay, both written and spoken

  • Passionate about employee engagement, workplace culture and employee experience initiatives

  • Excellent organizational and event coordination skills with strong attention to detail

  • Creative thinker with strong content writing and communication skills

  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tool and content creation is an advantage

  • Basic photography, videography, and video editing skills are an added advantage
