Key Responsibilities:
- BOI Zone Management: Oversee BOI zone operations, including access control and visitor management.
- Facilities Support: Assist with facility maintenance, contractor management, and general administrative tasks.
- Logistics: Manage transport requests, shipping activities, and invoice processing.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to developing SOPs for administrative functions.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or has completed a degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
- Competent in the use of the MS Office suite with special emphasis on Excel.
- Results-oriented and enthusiastic with the ability to work in a matrix organisation.
