KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation. 
• Support the handling of employee queries and requests. 
• Help coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities. 
• Assist in preparing letters, reports, and HR communications. 
• Maintain and update HR databases and trackers. 
• Support grievance handling and employee relations processes. 
• Help organize meetings and take minutes when necessary. 
• Provide general administrative support to the Employee Relations team
   

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
• Flexible to work on Shift Basis or General shift 
• Additional advantage if the candidate has a statistics or Mathematics background
