Intern – Local Operations

(Based at MAS Linea Intimo – Biyagama)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Corporate/Local Operations team with analysis of plant performance - Financials, Operational KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), etc.
  • Conduct weekly inventory review meetings covering Raw Materials, Semi-Finished Goods, and Finished Goods, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Support in SAP [ERP system] related activities - recording, reporting, analysis and follow up
  • Prepare daily reports on Sewing Work-in-Progress, First Time Through, and other key operational performance metrics based on SAP data
  • Support team with Long Range Planning and Budgeting Activities
  • Follow-up and monitor progress of other special projects assigned

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Undergraduate or fresh graduate in Business Management, Data Analytics, or a related field. 

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 

  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning systems, particularly SAP, is an added advantage. 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work confidently with data and numbers. 

  • Effective communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
