This role requires strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, customer‑facing confidence, and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable steps for dealers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Readiness

  • Lead the technical portion of kickoff calls, covering credential workflows, VPN/MFA setup, DMS access requirements, and platform prerequisites.
  • Clearly explain IPSec Tunnel requirements to dealers and internal teams; partner with IT/Cloud to scope and validate tunnel setup.
  • Ensure all technical requirements are met prior to build and activation.
  • Support Deployment and Platform teams with technical validation and troubleshooting.

  • Coordinate and facilitate large‑group IT readiness meetings, bringing together:
    • Client’s IT team
    • WarrCloud IT/Cloud team
    • Relevant vendors (DMS, OEM, networking, etc.)
  • Ensure all parties understand technical requirements, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Provide technical clarity during group kickoff calls and planning sessions.

Cross‑Functional Technical Liaison

  • Work directly with IT/Cloud to scope platform requirements, validate connectivity, and resolve integration blockers.
  • Partner with Development to identify technical gaps, escalate issues, and support platform stability.
  • Communicate technical risks and blockers to Implementation leadership.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain documentation of technical onboarding requirements and best practices.
  • Identify recurring technical issues and recommend improvements to reduce onboarding friction.
  • Support training of Deployment and Platform team members on technical workflows.

Additional Information

Applicants who advance in the selection process will be asked to complete the Culture Index survey as part of our evaluation. Completion of this step is required for further consideration.

Why This Matters

  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex IT infrastructure and network connectivity blockers alongside client IT engineering teams.
  • Comfortable leading customer-facing technical discussions with client IT leadership, systems administrators, and enterprise stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical and infrastructure concepts for non-technical audiences.
