What you'll do
- Prepare and review the international portions of the US federal tax returns
- Prepare BEAT, GILTI, FDII and other key international provisions
- Assist with the quarterly and annual international tax provision and forecast
- Assist with quarterly and annual transfer pricing documents and calculations
- Prepare foreign statutory tax returns and financial statements
- Assist in special projects including but not limited to: M&A, permanent establishment risk, audit defense
- Research and document conclusions for international tax transactions
- Assist with internal process documentation and automation
Required
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 2+ years of significant experience at a public accounting firm and/or corporate tax department of a multinational company
- Proficient technology skills including excel and AI
- Basic understanding of and experience with US and foreign tax returns, transfer pricing and tax provisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively internally as well as with external service providers.
Preferred
- Masters in Tax or Accounting
- Certified Public Accountant
- Both public accounting and technology industry experience
- Experience with Oracle, Alteryx and AI
