Job Description:

Dimensional’s Investment Solutions Group (ISG) acts as a source of specialized investment knowledge that delivers thought leadership, education and analysis to our clients through face-to-face interactions and compelling, informative content.

Within ISG, the Product Management team focuses on developing compelling product messaging and content to support Dimensional’s product strategy across all distribution channels. These efforts span new product launches, product enhancements, and product campaigns. As subject matter experts in product, the team also writes blogs, creates internal and external training resources, conducts competitive analysis, and engages with a range of internal and external stakeholders to promote Dimensional’s product-related initiatives.

This position will support the full range of Dimensional’s US investment solutions, including ETFs, mutual funds, models, SMAs, and custom indexes. The successful candidate will bring related experience from working within the asset management industry with a background in product management, product marketing, investment specialist, portfolio management, consulting, and/or strategic sales positions.

Responsibilities 

  • Develop a deep understanding of Dimensional’s investment approach, implementation across strategies, and key differentiators.

  • Manage or support complex product-related projects including product launches, product enhancements, and regulatory changes.

  • Support development of compelling messaging and content, including presentations, brochures, articles, and written responses to frequent client questions to promote Dimensional’s investment philosophy and products.

  • Serve as an internal resource on firm and industry product knowledge.

  • Maintain an understanding of effective content deployment processes and the downstream impacts of new content to ensure robust governance and update processes are defined.

  • Collaborate on product-related efforts with other departments including investments, portfolio management, operations, sales, marketing, legal, and compliance.

  • Attend certain client engagements or events as a product subject matter specialist.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.

  • Five or more years of relevant experience.

  • Strong understanding of the asset management industry, ETFs, and capital markets preferred.

  • Experience with investment-related content creation strongly preferred.

  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Proven ability to resolve problems effectively and exercise independent judgment.

  • Motivated to self-teach skills and apply learned knowledge to applicable tasks.

  • Experience managing complex projects with many stakeholders.
