FLASH is seeking a part time Help Desk Support Technician who will work with our group of IT professionals in a fast paced, cloud environment. This will be a supporting role within the IT team, in driving internal success for all employees. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career with an amazing team!

What You'll Do:

  • Work with internal software and hardware requests for onboarding/offboarding new employees and setting up /decommissioning associated hardware
  • Work with our internal cloud applications Google Workspace, Jump Cloud, Slack, Jira, Confluence and Microsoft O365
  • Support Windows based machines, MacBooks and iPads
  • Assist the internal IT Team with existing and new projects, imaging machines, decommissioning out of warranty machines for recycling, working with vendors on machines that are within warranty and managing in house inventory

What You Have:

  • Experience in Information Technology with a focus on customer success
  • Experience with imaging and deploying machines
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Respect processes but be adaptable to facilitate change
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Customer-first mentality; ability to empathize and build relationships
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Bonus: Ticketing system experience, anything with basic networking or security software
