  • Project Support: Contribute to IT projects that impact the immediate team by following guidance from senior members, while supporting improvement efforts to enhance team efficiency and assisting in developing solutions for streamlined workflow.

  • Problem Solving & Continuous Learning: Independently diagnose and resolve common issues by following established processes and escalating complex problems as needed, while demonstrating attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness in all tasks, and actively documenting recurring issues and solutions to enhance personal knowledge and improve future troubleshooting

  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize work based on guidance from management.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.

  • Desire to learn and grow within the IT operations field, with a proactive approach to self-improvement and team support.
