What you’ll do

  • Maintain our strategic production trading platforms, ensuring stability and reliability.
  • Design reusable solutions across platforms and environments to drive long-term operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies for risk mitigation, cutover, and rollback during platform changes and migrations.
  • Proactively analyze performance bottlenecks and capacity constraints to prevent incidents.
  • Participate in incident response calls as a subject matter expert, driving rapid and safe service restoration.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, scripting, documentation, and testing.
  • Produce clear, high-quality documentation, including reusable runbooks and migration playbooks.
  • Collaborate as part of a global team with support staff, developers, and end users.

What’s REQUIRED

  • 7+ years of application support experience within the financial services industry, with strong understanding of order management workflows.
  • Strong Linux skills, including scripting experience in Python and/or Bash, and familiarity using Git-based source code management.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale platform upgrades, datacenter migrations, and automation to operate at scale.
  • Strong focus on automation to reduce manual effort, with the ability to build self-service tools and repeatable processes.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a production environment.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to triage and prioritize competing issues.
  • Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment.
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards.

The annual base salary range for this role is $245,000-$350,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
