Provide on-site IT and broadcast infrastructure support, maintain and install systems, assist with technical projects and upgrades, perform desktop support and general IT maintenance.
We are seeking an IT Specialist to support the operation, maintenance, and advancement of our technology systems. This role assists the technical team with IT infrastructure and routine computer maintenance.
Job Description
- Maintain and support technology related equipment within the facility.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and upgrades to technical infrastructure.
- Participate in technical initiatives and technical projects.
- Evaluate, install, service and maintain IT systems.
- Collaborate with management and team members to achieve organizational goals.
- Perform general IT maintenance as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements & Skills:
- 1+ years broadcast engineering experience preferred.
- Proficiency in terminating broadcast and IT – related cables required.
- Experience with routers and servers is a plus.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to provide desktop support when needed.
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a desire to learn and apply new technologies and best practices.
- Willingness to work extended hours, including overnight and weekend as required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
