Our client, a world leader in semiconductors, is looking for an “IT Support Analyst” based out of Austin, TX.

Job Duration: 6 Months Contract

Summary:
This position provides hands-on technical support for corporate end users, laptops, desktops, and applications.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 2 desktop/end-user support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
  • Support Windows 10/11 and macOS environments.
  • Image, provision, deploy, and troubleshoot laptops and workstations.
  • Support Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VPN, and user accounts.
  • Work with endpoint management tools such as SCCM, Intune, and Jamf.
  • Manage tickets using ServiceNow or another IT ticketing platform.
  • Provide basic Zoom/Teams and conference-room issue triage.
  • Escalate complex issues and document resolutions.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of recent hands-on IT/Desktop Support experience.
  • Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience supporting Mac/macOS.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems.
  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with SCCM, Intune, Jamf, ServiceNow, Zoom, Teams, CompTIA A+, ITIL, or basic PowerShell/Bash would be a plus.
