You'll partner across the company to simplify processes, strengthen security, and help shape an IT environment that's efficient, reliable, and built to scale.

  • Establish and evolve IT standards, documentation, and operational best practices that support a growing organization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across endpoints, SaaS applications, and identity systems while providing an exceptional employee experience.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate new tools, improve existing systems, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

What success looks like

  • IT workflows are increasingly automated, reducing manual effort while improving reliability and consistency across the organization.
  • Identity, access, and SaaS integrations are secure, scalable, and easy for employees to use.
  • Core collaboration and productivity platforms operate smoothly with minimal disruption and strong user satisfaction.
  • Documentation, standards, and operational processes mature alongside the business, making onboarding, support, and administration more efficient.
  • You're viewed as a trusted partner across the company, proactively identifying opportunities to improve how MNTN works through technology.

What you'll bring

  • 4+ years of systems administration experience in a mixed Mac and Windows environment.
  • Strong experience administering Google Workspace and Okta.
  • Experience with Python or another scripting language used for automation.
  • Deep understanding of identity and access management, including SAML, SCIM, OIDC, and application integrations with identity providers.
  • Working knowledge of DNS, email infrastructure, and email security technologies including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and phishing prevention.
  • Experience supporting security and compliance initiatives such as SOC 2 and SOX audits.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Nice to Have
    • Experience administering Atlassian products.
    • Experience with email platform migrations.
    • Experience with additional identity providers or enterprise SaaS platforms.
