Job Summary

Are you someone who enjoys solving problems and working in streamlined processes within technology? In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to support and enhance Digital Products and enterprise systems that drive operational excellence. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment where your analytical skills and curiosity will help shape the future of Vermeer’s digital landscape.

What You’ll Do 

1. Collaborate with stakeholders and Digital Product teams to capture business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements and user stories.

2. Assist in mapping business processes and data flows using standard tools; identify basic inefficiencies and propose improvements under guidance.

3. Investigate and resolve routine system issues; escalate complex problems with detailed documentation to senior team members.

4. Support system configuration changes and participate in functional testing to ensure solutions meet specifications and quality standards.

5. Maintain accurate records of system configurations and updates in alignment with established security, architecture, and governance guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems or related field with one year of relevant experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education.

- Foundational knowledge of system design principles, data structures, and integration concepts.

- Ability to use process mapping and documentation tools effectively.

- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

- Clear communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Travel

- Occasional travel is expected of this position.

Work Location

REMOTE: A team member’s day-to-day work may be best completed from a location other than a Vermeer campus. There will be instances where the work requires time spent on a Vermeer campus. Discuss specific arrangements with your manager. Remote team members are eligible for business-related reimbursements per the work location policy.
