IT Systems & Business Automation Specialist

Talroo's IT team handles more than traditional IT. Alongside support and security work, we've used AI coding tools and workflow automation platforms to build custom business automations in-house, including automated reporting systems, AI-driven research pipelines, and personalized partner communications. Most of your time — around 70-80% — will be on the automation side. The rest is traditional IT support and security.

You'll work alongside the person who built our current automation suite, learning through hands-on pairing and eventually owning your own projects.

This position is fully in-office Monday through Friday at our Austin, TX headquarters. Relocation reimbursement is not offered for this role.
