Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, grade, and freeze embryos
- Prepare fertilization materials and culture plates
- Fertilization and culture plate preparation
- Handle and prepare semen for IVF procedures
- Maintain accurate records and complete data entry
- Support quality control processes and embryology training
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in animal science or a related field, or Veterinary Technician degree
- Ability to sit for long periods of time behind a microscope, in a lab setting.
- Good hand-eye coordination and ability to perform precise laboratory work
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Knowledge of the cattle industry is preferred.
- Works effectively in a team as well as alone.
