Position: JIRA Admin

Location: Dallas TX

Duration: Long Term

Position Type: Contract

Job Description:-

We need to identify a resource to help us configure JIRA for GWS. Someone who is familiar with the JIRA product, has a Service Management background and has past experience setting up the tool.  

We will use JIRA for Service Management functions (Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management) and Finance based workflow approval tracking (JE approvals, cash application approvals, etc.).  

The main systems that JIRA will support will be GWS Oracle EBS/IBS and iScala.
