The Junior Account Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, executing program-related actions and activities that support the optimization and effectiveness of their Risk Management-based services and programs. This role serves as the primary contact for account program performance and optimization. Key duties include product consultancy, profitability management, program analysis, client training, and complex service support. This position will serve as the client advocate and ensure effective and efficient product and client onboarding and production. The position’s key functions are to ensure understanding of the client's financial and risk management program goals and business objectives. service profitability and service optimization for Allied Solutions and the client. They are responsible for the company’s lower to mid-tier revenue-producing accounts and product lines.Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Risk Management Program Relationship Management (35%)

  • Responsibility for the overall performance, relationship management, and ownership of a portfolio of mid-to lower-tier Risk Management-based accounts located nationally.
  • Proactively provide consultancy and anticipate client needs based on client goals and business objectives.
  • Proactive management and monitoring of key program operational components within Collateral Loan Tracking and escrow service portfolios to ensure program and service optimization.
  • Ensure consultancy and service by adhering to strict Client Level service standards and benchmark standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients and anticipate client needs. Provide products and service offerings that meet with the business objectives of the client but also align to company performance goals and financial performance.
  • Serve as an Allied Solutions point of contact for client-based program performance and ensure a partnership with Account Executives, Sales RVP and SVP, Sales Specialists, and other internal partners.
  • Serve as the client representative advocate and ensure proper resolution of client-related escalations, formal complaints, coordinate and oversee Client Remediation Plans.
  • Serve as the communication vehicle for the client. This position may also create and provide SLA reporting and Scorecard reporting to their assigned clients.
  • Consult on the technical components that the delivery of the CPI, LPI, Tracking, and/or Risk and Recovery products, including but not limited to: System functionality, Unitrac, CenterPoint, Collection and Billing platforms.
  • Ensure execution of Client Relationship Standards for Service.   

Risk Management Profitability (35%)

  • Ensure that the Risk Management-based product and service offering within each client portfolio performs at a level that meets or exceeds the financial thresholds established for the product line.
  • Actively assist in the development, architecture of the specific program coverages, deductibles, administrative requirements, and other key financial and policy levers that ensure financial stability and the capacity needed to meet obligations of the program.
  • Actively monitor, engage in the delivery and deployment of client-specific key performance indicators and program levers that allow for program success.
  • Effectively and efficiently develop, consult, and deliver program changes to ensure the financial viability of the insurance program and address compliance-related regulations or changing regulatory landscapes.
  • Deliver and deploy needed system, process, compliance, or other risk management-based service enhancements or product improvements to ensure client adoption and optimization.
  • Proactively monitor and address issues with individual client satisfaction, performance with support of the Account Executive, Specialist, or RVP account profitability.
  • Monitor proactively monthly HP and L reports, client experience reports, premium past due, service fee past due, administrative service fees, claims, loss experience, escrow admin fees, etc. to ensure the financial performance of the program services.    

Risk Management Client Training, Program Adherence/Optimization (20%)

  • Monitor all client-related program levers and program deliverables to ensure client consultancy and support.
  • Ensure the client is using and has a strong understanding of the administration of the assigned program through the company service and product structure.
  • Provide client training in accordance with service standards. Serve as the product SME as it relates to program adherence and optimization.
  • Ensure client knowledge of insurance policy, master policy, coverages, deductibles, coverage forms, endorsements, claim requirements, supporting documents, adjudication requirements, etc., billing file execution, escrow and flood tracking execution, commercial and blanket tracking execution, and accompanying reporting.
  • Timely and accurate submission of key administration functions; client action and performance plans, blueprints, INFOR updates, Smartsheet administration, invoice and remittance processes, and other program deliverables.
  • Ensure client's administrative infrastructure is optimized and that clients are trained on the functionality of the same.
  • Ensure client optimization of key client-facing and s delivery technologies associated and integrated with their program administration.
  • Execute ongoing consultancy and proactively monitor the needs of clients to determine and discover client needs and deficits.
  • Actively engage and participate in the Client Implementation process, including the implementation of products and services delivered by key referral partners.
  • Actively engage and deliver product-based enhancements, alterations, and changes to process to ensure the ongoing efficiency of core product delivery.
  • Actively engage and participate as needed in Client renewal activities, new sales and RFP delivery, Client audits and regulatory inquiries.  

Executing Specialized Compliance and Contractual Client Deliverables (10%)

  • Act as the main contact for client-specific contractual and compliance deliverables within assigned programs.   
  • Ensure deployment and delivery of client Scorecards and SLA reports according to client contracts.
  • Develop and implement reporting and data analytics based on client sales and program requirements, working with internal teams.
  • Assist Account Executives in creating and deploying client compliance and contractual reports.
  • Collaborate with Operational Service, Business Analytics, Risk Ops Control, and Implementation to meet client contract and compliance obligations.
  • Oversee assigned clients from onboarding to production, ensuring the successful delivery of Risk Management Products.
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA):
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5-7 years of work-related experience required.

This position requires:

  • P and C License within 12 months and ongoing CE to keep the license.
  • Multi-state P and C licenses are required. 

Occasional travel may be required as business needs arise.
