The Role
We're looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you'll support a portfolio of high-growth clients through website, digital advertising, conversion rate optimization, and email campaign design - with your work informed by performance data and built to convert, not just to impress. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented designer who is curious about how AI tools are reshaping creative workflows and wants genuine creative ownership within a fast-moving, collaborative team.

Responsibilities
  • Design websites, digital advertisements, and email campaigns across a range of client accounts
  • Develop and maintain visual brand identities and style guides, ensuring all creative deliverables strictly adhere to brand standards and are executed with a high level of polish.
  • Apply conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles to landing page and website design, balancing aesthetics with performance.
  • Liaise with diverse cross-functional teams - from creative strategists and copywriters to web developers and clients - to manage the design roadmap from concept to execution, ensuring all milestones are met for cohesive, results-driven campaigns.
Required Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design, web design, or digital media
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Proficient in leveraging AI tools (e.g., AI-assisted image generation, ideation, and design acceleration) to optimize, streamline, and scale creative production.
  • Experience with CRO design or landing page optimization
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating web, advertising, and email design work (required for consideration)
  • Experience in brand design, visual design, or marketing-focused creative roles
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to take direction and deliver clean, professional work
  • Strong communication and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A data-driven mindset, with genuine interest in how design decisions impact performance metrics and business outcomes
Bonus:
  • Animation or motion graphics experience (e.g., After Effects, Lottie)
  • Video editing experience
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS as it relates to web and email design
  • Prior experience at a brand or design agency, ideally serving B2B SaaS or technology clients
  • Copywriting experience
  • Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Linear, Asana, Monday.com)

Salary / Benefits / Location:
  • Benefits: Health/Vision/Dental insurance, 3 weeks paid vacation, Equity / Stock Options
  • Location: Remote/WFH or join us in our Brooklyn office
  • Salary: $60–80k, depending on experience and other relevant qualifications

Please submit your resume along with a portfolio or samples of relevant work to [application link/email].

Compensation
