- Monitor channel analytics, flag anomalies, and surface early signals worth investigating.
- Support conversion tracking QA—verify conversions are firing correctly and escalate issues.
- QA campaigns prior to launch: targeting, budgets, ad copy, links, and tracking.
- Continuously build paid search expertise and grow toward strategic account ownership.
- 1–3+ years of hands-on paid search experience (Google Ads and Microsoft Ads required), with a proven track record of scaling conversion-focused campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize live campaigns, not just pull reports.
- Comfortable working with performance data in Excel/Sheets.
- Familiarity with conversion tracking fundamentals (Google Ads conversions, GA4, GTM basics).
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and clear written communication.
- Genuine eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow into a more strategic role.
- Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certifications.
- Exposure to paid social, eCommerce (Shopify) accounts, or lead-generation accounts.
- Looker Studio dashboarding and/or basic SQL.
- Familiarity with Linear, Notion, Google Drive, and Slack.
- Prior agency or startup experience.
- Benefits: Health/Vision/Dental insurance, 3 weeks paid vacation, Equity / Stock Options
- Location: Remote/WFH or join us in our Brooklyn office
- Salary: $60–80k, depending on experience and other relevant qualifications
The base pay range for this role is $60,000 – $80,000 per year.
